About the price

Frequently asked questions

How is the price calculated?
It's per minute of your film's runtime: HD from $3/min and 4K from $4/min, with a $45 minimum — $35 for ads, trailers and teasers under 3 minutes. A subtitle track is included. The estimate above gives you the number instantly; we confirm it when you upload the file.
Why is there a minimum?
The minimum covers the quality-control and mastering work on very short pieces, where the per-minute math would fall below the cost of the process. It is $45 in general, and $35 for ads, trailers and teasers under three minutes — those are quicker to check.
Do subtitles cost extra?
Send an .srt file with your video and we build the DCP with the subtitle track. For multiple language versions, KDM encryption or lab services, contact us for a custom quote.
Do you have festival rates?
Yes. If you screen many films, we offer volume pricing and a streamlined workflow for batches of DCPs, plus integration tools built for festivals. Get in touch and we'll set it up.
